Ladies rock the Bard

"Be great in act, as you have been in thought."
-Willy Shakespeare

And you can start by joining the Shakespeare workshop presented by the Actors' Shakespeare Project. This after school program is for girls ages 14 - 17 and begins March 9.

In the meantime, amaze your friends and confound your enemies with the Shakespeare Insults Generator!

forsooth! what sweet madness be this?

You may see a lot of people parading down Mass Ave on Saturday dressed in yellow and black. That's because April 17th is the 3rd Annual Bookish Ball and Shakespeare Birthday Bash!

You too can join in the Romeo & Juliet-themed fun! Hurl Shakespearean insults, participate in a mob recitation of the balcony scene, see student performances, and possibly win fabulous prizes. Plus Harvard Square businesses will be having all kinds of special events and perks -- I even think I saw cake and ice cream in there somewhere.

Now I'm hungry.
